The KeyAssets.com trading exchange is structured so each transaction is completed fairly and reliably. An Exchange format finds the best price available for buyers and sellers without the time based restrictions of an Auction. KeyAssets.com also offers an Auction format for the sale of lower valued items in a timely manner.

For Sellers

• KeyAssets.com and the Seller can work together to create each equipment listing.
• The best listing has all relevant information and pictures presented on the web site.
• Each listing also shows a running Q&A between Buyers and Sellers so that any information needed to make a purchase decision is available to any potential Buyer.
• Buyers are qualified by KeyAssets.com. Buyers make a REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT to KeyAssets immediately following the online close of a sale to demonstrate commitment to the purchase.
• Transaction rules guide both parties in steps to final tool acceptance.
• KeyAssets.com and the seller may work together to determine the optimum Asking Price, and duration of the sale for an an item listed in the Exchange format.
• In the Exchange format, if the Asking Price is met, OR if the Seller decides to accept a lesser offer, the sale closes. The Seller is not obligated to accept any offers below the Asking Price and the listing may expire (no sale) with offers below the Asking Price pending.
  Carefully choosing the Asking Price and sale duration for items listed in the Exchange format will insure the highest possible return on any asset listed.
• For a faster sale of lower value items (less than $10,000 US) a traditional Auction format is available

For Buyers

• Each item listed for sale is fully documented, pictured, and rated so offers can be made with confidence. For questions about any tool, the Buyer and Seller correspond through the Q&A section of the listing.
• Posting a Want Ad for tools will attract a global audience of equipment Sellers.
• For items listed in the Exchange, if the Asking Price is met, OR if the Seller decides to accept a lower offer (at any time for the duration of the sale), the sale closes. The Seller is not obligated to accept any offers below the Asking Price and the listing may expire (no sale) with offers below the Asking Price pending.
• The Seller is qualified by KeyAssets.com and must accurately represent the condition and quality of the tool for sale.
• Inspection of the tool may be made before final acceptance, following payment to KeyAssets of a REFUNDABLE DOWN PAYMENT to demonstrate commitment to the purchase.
